Austin Austin was founded by daughter and father from Norfolk, Bessie and Richard Austin.
As a family run business, they strive to make their products the best they can. Almost every trial is conducted near their home in East Anglia. Each bottle of Austin Austin is said to be of exquisite quality that provides a canvas for artwork on the bathroom shelf and is offered at a price that ensures the products do not become too valuable to be truly enjoyed every day.

All Austin Austin products are certified organic by the Soil Association to full COSMOS standards. The bottles are made from 100% recycled material and the boxes are made from FSC-certified, sustainably managed forests. All packaging used is recyclable.

Austin Austin products are all vegan (except for the body cream, which uses a small amount of beeswax) and contain no genetically modified ingredients, SLS, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colors or fragrances.
