Further information:
The chrysanthemum originated a thousand years ago in the Song Dynasty (year 960-1279) in China. Chrysanthemum flowers come in many varieties but the one we offer is a special variety called ROYAL CHRYSANTHEMUM as it was gifted to the royal family back in the day.

Qi (meaning life energy) arose from a belief in the connection between inner and outer beauty and the power of flowers and their ability to promote a deep sense of holistic well-being. According to ancient Eastern philosophies, it is believed that when a plant flowers, it has reached the peak of its life and the flowers are the fruit of this Qi energy at the highest level. All of The Qi's flowers come from family-owned farms that offer only single-origin, whole-flower herbs as they consistently provide the richest flavonoids, nutrients, and flavors

NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE AGAIN

I was dying to include The Qi's teas in HUMAN NEST after receiving them as gifts for the first time. I was totally thrilled because it is always such a special experience to water the flowers and watch them 'blossom'. Whenever I want to treat myself to a special Me-Moment, the blossom tea is part of the ritual. Tip: I also ordered the bamboo tongs afterwards to swing the blossom better in them. (The first time I tried it with a fork and chopsticks, it wasn't particularly practical and it spoiled the overall aesthetic).
